Step 1

Sabse pehle pani ko boil karein aur usme salt daalein.

Step 2

Rice flour daal kar mix karein aur soft dough bana lein. Thoda thanda hone dein.

Step 3

Stuffing ke liye soaked chana dal, garlic, green chilli aur cumin ko coarse grind karein.

Step 4

Dough se small balls bana kar roti jaisa shape dein.

Step 5

Isme stuffing bhar kar half fold karke seal karein.

Step 6

Sab fara ko steamer me 10–15 min tak steam karein.

Step 7

Chahe to halka sa tempering karke serve karein.
