Tamatar Pyaj ka Paste daal kar bhoon le fried aloo pyaj paneer add kare lalmirch dhaniya powder kasurimethi garam masala daalkar thoda paani add kare dhak kar pakaye

Jab aloo ander se soft ho jaye aur gravy thodi thick ho jaye to cream add kare aur 2 minute pakakar flame off kar de dhaniya se garnish kare

Jowar ke atte mai thoda gehu ka atta milaye namak add kare garam pani se dough bana le iski roti bel kar sek le ghee lagaye
