Step 1

Prepare Balls Mix all vegetables with flour, cornflour, salt, and pepper. Make small balls and deep fry until golden brown.

Step 2

Make Gravy Heat oil, sauté ginger, garlic, and spring onions. Add soy sauce, ketchup, chili sauce, and vinegar. Pour water and bring to boil.

Step 3

Thicken Add cornflour slurry and cook until gravy thickens.

Step 4

Final Touch Add fried Manchurian balls and mix well. Garnish with spring onions.
