Step 1

Heat butter + oil. Add onions and sauté till golden. Stir in ginger-garlic paste; cook till fragrant.

Step 2

Add tomato puree + spices (turmeric, chilli, coriander). Cook till oil separates. Add cashew paste and cook for 2–3 minutes.

Step 3

Pour water/milk, simmer 5 minutes. Gently add cubes and cook for 3–4 minutes.

Step 4

Add cream, sugar, garam masala. Mix lightly. Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
