Rich Paneer Curry with Rumali Roti

Heat oil in a pan and sauté chopped onion, tomatoes, cashews, garlic, ginger and green chillies till soft and well cooked,
Let it cool slightly and grind into a smooth paste, heat oil again, add cumin seeds and a pinch of hing,
Add the prepared paste and cook on medium flame till oil starts to separate, add turmeric, red chilli powder,
Coriander powder and salt and cook well, then add curd and mix continuously to avoid curdling, add fresh cream and cook till the gravy becomes thick and rich, add a little water if needed and simmer,
Finally add paneer cubes and cook for 2–3 minutes till soft and well coated with gravy. Serve hot with soft rumali roti.
