Step 1
Soak butter fly blue pea flowers in water to get the bright blue colour..Drain water .

Wash the samak rice and soak it with drained blue water for atleast 6hours for blue colour .

Drain rice and keep aside.

Now for the stuffing: Heat a kadhai put ghee, when hot add, cumin seeds and black mustard seeds.

After they splutter, add the chopped ginger and curry leaves and coriander .Sauté for a minute.

Add grated boiled mashed potatoes, 2 tbsps. Peanut powder, senda salt ,red chilli powder and black pepper powder and mix again.

Mix well and turn off the gas. Keep the mixture aside. Make balls from potatoes.
Step 8
Now coat balls with blue rice properly and give small round shape with your greased palm.
Step 9
Similarly make the remaining rice Momos with remaining potato mixture and blue samak rice.

Then steam all balls for 10 -12 minutes.

When steamed, top with remaining Peanut powder .

Make tempering with ingredients, and top each ball with tempering as garnish.
