Step 1

First, sift the besan flour. Now add cream and ghee to it. Then sift it with a little big sieve.

Step 2

Now put ghee in 1 pan and melt the ghee, then add flour. Bake the flour over low heat and keep stirring.

Step 3

Now the flour turns a little brown in color. And when the ghee comes out, turn off the gas.

Step 4

Now add powdered sugar and mix well.

Step 5

Now let the prepared besan laddu flour settle for 1 hour. Then make it pampered, put pistachios on it and let it settle for 2 hours. Fill 1 can after 2 to 3 hours.
