Step 1

Grind pudina, palak, green chilli, ginger and coriander leaves in a smooth green chutney.

Step 2

Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds.

Step 3

Add boiled potatoes and lightly fry till slightly golden.

Step 4

Add salt and prepared green chutney.cook 3-4 minutes until potatoes are well coated and look bright green.

Step 5

Switch off flame and add lemon juice.These baby potatoes look fresh,vabrent and full of flavour.

Step 6

perfect as a side dish for lunch or dinner with roti, paratha, Puri and Dal chawal.
