Step 1

Heat a pan add water, salt, oil let it boil

Step 2

Add suji and mix it well, take down and add mashed potatoes, chillies, coriander leaves.

Step 3

Then take it in bowl and knead it to make dough

Step 4

Grease palm and roll a bit mixture into the shape of fingers

Step 5

Fry on low flame till golden brown sooji fingers are ready to serve it serve with green chutney and salad
