#Aloo If you make tikkis with pure desi ghee this way, they will never burst and will be crispy and crunchy.  Although there are many types of tikkis made… and served with different flavors… sometimes as chaat, sometimes with chole… Aloo Matar Tikki made with pure desi ghee is very easy to make, crispy and crunchy.

Step 1

First Mash the potatoes, add peas and breadcrumbs, and then add all the spices.

Step 2

Add finely chopped green chilies and coriander and knead well.

Step 3

Now apply a little oil or ghee on your palm and make flat tikkis.

Step 4

Place the prepared tikkis in the freezer for 10 minutes.

Step 5

Now, in a bowl, add water to the flour and prepare a thin batter. Add a little salt and chili flakes.

Step 6

Now, heat some ghee in a frying pan and remove the tikkis from the freezer.

Step 7

Dip them in the flour balls, coat them in breadcrumbs, and shallow fry or fry them until golden brown on both sides, turning them in ghee.

Step 8

Our potato-pea tikkis are ready. Serve the prepared tikkis with tomato sauce and yogurt-based mint chutney.
