Wholesome Veggies Roti Noodles

#np26 I never tried it before, but the taste is awesome and satisfying.  It is a very simple, quick, and healthy recipe. If you are bored with eating roti sabzi and crave something new, then you must try these roti noodles. You can make rotis noodles with leftover rotis or especially make rotis for this new dish. Try once, and you will love it.

Step 1

Take leftover rotis, make it roll. And cut into thin strips like noodles. Keep ready all veggies.

Step 2

Take a pan, add oil, and chopped green chilli. Saute it. Gas flame on medium high.

Step 3

Add onion, saute it for a couple of minutes. Make sure it should not be burnt. Add all 3 bell peppers and carrot. Saute it. Stir well.

Step 4

Add cabbage and green onions leaves. Saute for a while. Now add schezwan sauce, red chilli sauce, soya sauce, tomato ketchup, black pepper powder, and salt. Mix well.

Step 5

Add roti noodles in veggies. Mix well. Turn off gas flame. Serve hot. Sprinkle sesame seeds to garnish very yummy and healthy roti noodles. Enjoy.
