Step 1

Remove the seed of the watermelon / tarbooj. Put watermelon pulp and black salt in the blender and blend it.

Step 2

Take a glass, add crushed ice and pour the watermelon juice. Squeeze the lemon juice and mix well. Garnish with mint / pudina leaves . Serve chilled.
