Step 1

Add the boiled sweet corn, chopped onions, and chopped tomatoes into a large mixing bowl.

Sprinkle in the salt, red chili powder, chaat masala, and roasted cumin powder. Mix well so all the corn and veggies are coated with the spices.

Step 3

Pour in the green chutney and sweet tamarind chutney.

Step 4

Add the lemon juice and stir everything together.Top the mixture with a generous handful of nylon sev and fresh cilantro. Mix lightly and serve immediately to keep the sev crunchy!
