Step 1

Peel the boiled raw mangoes and remove the pulp.

Step 2

Blend mango pulp, mint leaves, Monk fruit sweetner , black salt, ginger, green chilli and roasted cumin powder. ( Add little by little, mix well, and taste after each addition because monk fruit can become overly sweet very quickly.)

Step 3

Add chilled water and blend again till smooth.

Step 4

Rim the glass with chilli-salt mix.

Step 5

Pour the aam panna, add ice cubes and sabja seeds.

Step 6

Garnish with a raw mango or lemon slice and serve chilled.
