#BP26 Protein-rich beetroot moong dal chilla rolls filled with long thin slices of paneer and colorful crunchy veggies, served with refreshing green summer cooler for a vibrant healthy meal.
Prepare Batter: Mix moong dal chilla powder, beetroot puree, salt, turmeric, and water into a smooth flowing batter.

Prepare Stuffing: Lightly sauté paneer, capsicum, carrot, beetroot, onion, and green chilli slices with little salt & pepper till slightly crunchy.
Cook Chilla: Spread batter on hot tawa into thin chillas and cook both sides till crisp.
Fill & Roll: Place the veggie-paneer stuffing in center, roll tightly, and serve hot with chutneys.
