Step 1

Prepare Batter: Mix moong dal chilla powder, beetroot puree, salt, turmeric, and water into a smooth flowing batter.

Step 2

Prepare Stuffing: Lightly sauté paneer, capsicum, carrot, beetroot, onion, and green chilli slices with little salt & pepper till slightly crunchy.

Step 3

Cook Chilla: Spread batter on hot tawa into thin chillas and cook both sides till crisp.

Step 4

Fill & Roll: Place the veggie-paneer stuffing in center, roll tightly, and serve hot with chutneys.
