Step 1

Boiled the noodles until just cooked, drain and rinse with cold water,toss with a little oil to prevent sticking

Step 2

Heat oil in a wok saute garlic ginger and green chilli to 30 second add onion and stir fry for 1 minutes

Step 3

Add cabbage carrot capcicum and stir fry on high heat for 2-3 minutes to the vegetables stay crisp

Step 4

Add soy sauce to tomato ketchup green chilli sauce vinegar black pepper powder and salt

Step 5

Add cooked noodles and toss everything together on high heat for 2-3 minutes

Step 6

Garnishing with finely chopped spring onion and serve hot
