Step 1

Wash and chop the haldi. Cut in stripes. Heat oil in a pan.

Step 2

Add asafoetida,cumin seeds and fennel seeds to crackle. Add raw haldi pieces and stir fry for two mins.

Step 3

Add all dry ingredients and mix well. Add salt and saute for two to three mins in a low flame. Turn off the flame

Step 4

Once cooled,keep in the air tight container.
