For Potato

Mash potato add all ingredients mix keep aside

For peas filling
Grind all above ingredients coarsely.
In a pan add oil then add grinded peas paste
Saute for sometime till its little dry.
Slurry ( corn flour n water)
Thin seviyan crushed
Now take potato mixture make round shape make thumb impression in middle (hollow) dip in slurry remove excess n then roll on seviyan. Make all.
Heat oil in kadai n deep fry till golden n crisp.
Take piping bag add peas mixture n fill in the centre. Garnish with pomegranate n coriander leaves.
