Step 1

Dry roast methi powder on low heat and keep aside.

Step 2

Heat ghee and fry gond until it puffs up. Crush lightly.

Step 3

Roast whole wheat flour in the remaining ghee until golden and aromatic.

Step 4

Chop and lightly roast all dry fruits.

Step 5

Mix roasted flour, methi powder, gond, dry fruits, coconut, and cardamom powder.

Step 6

Add jaggery powder while the mixture is warm and combine well.

Step 7

Shape into medium-sized laddoos.

Step 8

Allow them to cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
