Begin by thoroughly washing and peeling the mango.

Dice the mango into small cubes.

Step 3

Rinse the mint leaves meticulously.

Step 4

Finely chop the mint leaves and set them aside.

Whisk the yogurt until achieving a smooth consistency

Step 6

Fold in the chopped mint leaves.

Step 7

Gently incorporate the diced mangoes into the yogurt.

Step 8

Reserve a few mango cubes for garnishing.

Step 9

Season the mixture with red chilli powder, roasted cumin powder, and salt.

Step 10

Mix all the ingredients together very gently.

Step 11

Allow the raita to chill in the refrigerator for some time.

Step 12

Serve the chilled raita.

Step 13

Garnish with the reserved mango cubes, mint leaves, and a sprinkle of red chilli powder.
