Step 1

In a blender, combine the mango pulp, sugar and semolina.

Step 2

Blend into a smooth, thick batter.Adjust Consistency: Transfer the batter to a bowl and stir in milk to get a thick pouring consistency

Step 3

Add the pinch of salt and cardamom powder.

Step 4

Heat an Appe Pan over medium heat and add 1/2 tsp of ghee into each cavity.Cook the Appe: Pour the batter into each cavity until about 3/4 full. Cover and cook on low-medium heat for 2-3 minutes.

Step 5

When the base turns golden brown, drizzle a little more ghee, flip them over, and cook until the other side is golden and the center is cooked through

Step 6

Remove from the pan and serve hot.
