Step 1

Soak kesar in ½ cup milk for 10 mins.

Step 2

In a pan, add 1 cup milk, milk powder, paneer & mishri. Cook on low flame, stirring continuously.

Step 3

Once thick, add kesar milk and cook until the mixture comes together.

Step 4

Transfer to a butter-paper-lined tray, flatten & add silver vark.

Step 5

Set for 1 hour, cut into pieces & enjoy!
