#UTSAV26 Hariyali Sabudana Khichdi is a unique twist to the traditional vrat (fasting) special. Instead of the usual dry and grain-separated version, this variation has a slightly soft, mass-type texture where the sabudana pearls absorb the flavorful hariyali paste made from coriander, green chilies, and ginger. Combined with potatoes, peanuts, curry leaves, and lemon juice, it brings a refreshing, herby taste with a light tang. Perfect for Navratri fasting or as a wholesome light meal, this khichdi is nourishing, aromatic, and comforting.
