Step 1

Wash and roughly chop coriander and spring onion.

Step 2

Add coriander, cashews, spring onion, cumin seeds, green chilli, garlic, ginger, and black salt into a blender.

Step 3

Add a little water and blend into a smooth, creamy dip consistency.

Step 4

Add lemon juice if using and blend again for a few seconds.

Step 5

Serve fresh as a dip, sandwich spread, toast spread, or with snacks.
