Step 1

1) Mix refined flour, salt and oil in a mixing bowl and make a semi soft dough. Cover it and keep it aside for 10 minutes

Step 2

2) Mix corns , cheese, onion, capsicum , salt , chili flakes and black pepper powder to make stuffing.

Step 3

3) Roll maida dough to circles and shape it like diya . Prick it with a folk . Brush it wit little oil and bake at 180 degree for 10 minutes.

Step 4

4) Fill these diyas with stuffing and top it with more cheese . Now bake it again for 2 minutes untill the cheese melts .
