Coffee Walnut Cake

A soft, moist, flavourful cake made with rich coffee and crunchy walnuts. This recipe is very close to my heart as my mother loves baking and from her I learn to bake and she always bake this cake for me whenever I like to eat sweet. Whatever I am today, I am just because of her. Love you mom #MD26

Step 1

Preheat oven at 180 degree celsius for 10 minutes

Step 2

Mix coffee powder into warm water.

Step 3

In a bowl add wet ingredients curd, oil, coffee mixture and sugar

Step 4

Sieve dry ingredients flour, baking powder, baking soda to the wet ingredients.

Step 5

Add chopped walnuts and pour the batter into the greased tin and add walnuts from top

Step 6

Bake the cake for 30-35 minutes at 180 degree Celsius

Step 7

Cool and serve
