Step 1

Grind the roasted chana into a fine powder.

Step 2

Blend the dates into a smooth paste.

Step 3

Mix the roasted chana powder, cocoa powder, vanilla essence, and date paste until well combined.

Step 4

Transfer the mixture to a greased or parchment-lined tray and spread evenly.

Step 5

Sprinkle chopped almonds, mixed seeds, and both black & golden raisins on top. Press them gently into the mixture.

Step 6

Refrigerate for 2–3 hours until firm.

Step 7

Cut into squares or bars and enjoy!
