It includes rice, sambar, rasam, vegetable dishes, pickles, papad/appalam, and desserts such as payasam.This delicious traditional Indian meal features fragrant Lemon Rice, tangy and refreshing Tomato Rasam, and crispy Papad/Appalam. The lemon rice gets its bright flavour from fresh lemon juice, turmeric, curry leaves, mustard seeds, and peanuts. The tomato rasam is a spicy, tangy soup made with tomatoes, tamarind, and aromatic spices. The crispy Appalam, also known as papad, adds a delightful crunch to the meal. This combination represents the simple, colourful, and comforting flavours of South Indian cuisine. It can also be served as part of an Onam Sadhya, the traditional vegetarian feast of Kerala.
