Raw Mango Juice

Also, known as kairi ka panna, a drink made from green (raw) mangoes, is prepared nationwide at the beginning of summer and stored in glass jars. There’s nothing better than sipping a cup of raw mango juice with spices, which you can grind in a mixer grinder, which is flavoured with ginger, cumin, and black salt, to unwind. Jamun Juice

Jamun juice is a refreshing and healthy beverage made from the pulp of the jamun fruit, also known as the Indian blackberry or jambul. That one glass of ‘ganne ka juice’ can refresh and relax not just the body but the mind too. Sugarcane juice could be an excellent beverage for summer. And you know what? Not just is it delicious, but power packed with health benefits too. Consumption of sugarcane juice is also considered beneficial as per traditional Indian medicine because of its high protein, antioxidants and fibre content. Spinach Juice

Known for its nutritional value, spinach is another impeccable addition to your summer routine when processed in a cold-press juicer. You can chop 2 cups of spinach using a knife and chopping board, an apple, and some ginger to make a hydrating and cleansing drink. Put all the ingredients in a juicer mixer grinder, and blend with a little water. Once smooth, strain the contents and gulp your green juice.

Lychee Juice

Summer fruits like litchi are rich in antioxidants and offer a host of health advantages. Noni juice is made from the fruit of a tropical tree. In parts of Southeast Asia, where fruit and juice are used in traditional medicine, the tree grows organically. Strong antioxidants included in the fruit may provide certain health advantages for the body, including promoting a strong immune system and reducing inflammation. Noni is mostly sold as a juice or juice combinations, recipes of which can be found on the internet.

 

Watermelon Juice
