Step 1

Wash and Crush veggies finely in a food processor.

Step 2

Transfer the chopped veggies in a mixing bowl and add rava in it.

Step 3

Add curd, oregano and chilli flakes.

Step 4

Grate paneer and add in rava mixture.

Step 5

Add grated mozzarella cheese and water. Mix well and make a smooth and semi thick batter.

Step 6

Add salt and melted butter.

Step 7

Add baking soda and mix again well.

Step 8

Pour the batter in a greased muffin tray and sprinkle some diced mozzarella cheese.

Step 9

Bake it in an otg for 20 minutes on 180°C.

Step 10

Finally enjoy the savoury cheese muffins with chilli mayo dip.
