This wrap brings together the smoky charm of Indian tandoori flavours with the convenience of a modern wrap. Tofu, rich in plant-based protein, is marinated in yogurt and tandoori spices, then grilled or pan-roasted until golden and slightly charred.

The grilled tofu pieces are wrapped in soft whole wheat tortillas (or rotis), along with crunchy onions, lettuce, bell peppers, and a drizzle of tangy yogurt-mint dressing. The result is a balanced meal — creamy, spicy, smoky, and fresh all at once.

Great for meal prep, lunchboxes, or healthy dinners, this wrap is also vegan-friendly if plant-based yogurt is used. It’s a wholesome, high-protein alternative to fast food wraps and rolls.

Assemble wraps
Warm tortillas. Spread green chutney, add lettuce, sautéed veggies, and grilled tofu. Drizzle yogurt-mint dressing. Sprinkle chaat masala.
