Step 1
Collect all nuts in perfect measurements and chop it. Grate dry coconut. Keep aside all. Collect all seeds, ghee, and cardamom powder in the mentioned measurements. Keep ready dates and dark chocolate.

On a very slow flame, heat a pan and dry roast all seeds, make sure their colors should not be changed or burned. Transfer in a plate.

In the same pan, now roast coconut separately. Add all chopped nuts. Roast it for a couple of minutes. Transfer in a plate.
Step 4
In the same pan, add ghee and dates. Cook dates till turns in mussy forms. Meanwhile, do microwave dark chocolate to melt it and make smooth paste.
Step 5
Now add all roasted seeds and nuts. Mix well. Add cardamom powder and melted dark chocolate. Combine well, and it will be like a dough.
Step 6
Take a plastic sheet, grease it by applying ghee. Transfer the mixture to it. It is hot, so with the help of a plastic sheet, give a mixture to a rectangle shape. Sprinkle some seeds on it.
Step 7
Keep aside for 5 minutes. And then keep it in the fridge for 10 minutes to set perfectly. Then do cut in long bars. Ready to serve. Enjoy..
