Step 1

Cream butter and sugar until smooth.

Add vanilla essence and mix well.

Step 3

Add flour and baking powder to form a soft dough.

Step 4

Divide the dough, place a piece of dark chocolate in the center, and shape into cookies.

Preheat the microwave convection oven to 180°C.

Step 6

Bake at 180°C for 12–15 minutes until lightly golden.
