Step 1

Crumble the homemade paneer until smooth.

Step 2

Heat a pan and add paneer with Milkmaid. Cook on low flame for 5–7 minutes, stirring continuously.

Step 3

Add grated coconut and cardamom powder. Mix well.

Step 4

Stir in chopped almonds and raisins. Cook for another 2–3 minutes until the mixture thickens.

Step 5

Allow the mixture to cool slightly.

Step 6

Shape into round balls or a dome using a small bowl.

Step 7

Roll or sprinkle with grated coconut and garnish with almonds and raisins.

Step 8

Chill for 20–30 minutes before serving for the best texture.
