A Healthy one pot Meal with all nutrients required to body after post pregnancy. A magic of seeds and nuts heal tissue & muscles to regain the energy.
Wash and soak sabudana for 4–6 hours, then steam or cook until translucent.
Heat jaggery with water until dissolved. Do not over boil.
Add cooked sabudana and mix well.
Stir in roasted nuts, makhana, seeds, coconut, cardamom, and ghee.
Cook for 2–3 minutes and serve warm or chilled.
