#ST26 A wholesome tiffin sandwich made with a vibrant beetroot-paneer cutlet, protein-rich sprouts, and crunchy capsicum. Filling, nutritious, and perfect for school, office, or travel tiffins.
For Cutlet: In a bowl, combine grated beetroot, capsicum, sprouts, paneer, roasted chana powder, rice flour, green chilli, cumin powder, chilli flakes, and salt.
Mix well and shape into round cutlets.
Coat with sesame seeds if desired.
Heat a pan with a little oil and shallow-fry the cutlets until golden and crisp on both sides.
For Sandwich: Lightly toast the bread slices.
Spread green chutney on one side of the bread. Place the cutlet on the bread and top with cucumber slices.
Cover with another bread slice and gently press. Cut into triangles and pack in the tiffin box.
