Mango Firni

#MAYWK Everyone makes Phirni like this but today I have made Mango flavored Phirni. It is very tasty and tasty too.

Step 1

Soak the rice in water for 15-20 minutes.

Step 2

️ Drain the water and grind the rice coarsely. Keep aside.

Step 3

Take a pan and add 1 liter milk in it and boil it. Keep stirring occasionally and boil for 10 minutes, keep the flame on low or cook till the milk thickens.

Step 4

️ Add coarsely prepared rice paste in milk and keep stirring continuously so that lumps do not form.

Step 5

️ Cook on low flame until the rice is completely cooked. Add 1/4 cup sugar and cardamom powder 1 tsp.

Step 6

Mix well and cook until the milk thickens and becomes creamy.️ Mix well and let the phirni cool completely.

Step 7

add mango puree

Step 8

Put the mango pieces in a blender and make a smooth, thick puree.

Step 9

️ Mix the mango puree with the phirni well and serve the mango phirni chilled.

Step 10

️ Garnish with your favorite dry fruits…
