Cozy Crunch Veggie Melt Toast

Step 1

Heat a pan with a little butter or oil and sauté spinach, capsicum, carrots, sweet corn, and paneer.

Step 2

Season with salt, black pepper, and herbs. Cook for 2–3 minutes.

Step 3

Lightly toast the bread slices. Spread cucumber Sandwich spread or your preferred spread on the bread.

Step 4

Top generously with the prepared veggie-paneer mixture.

Step 5

Place cheese pieces on top and toast again on low flame until the cheese softens slightly.

Step 6

Cover with another toasted bread slice or serve open-style with fresh cucumber slices.
