Step 1

Wash and completely dry the raw mangoes.

Step 2

Peel and chop them into small bite-sized pieces. Smaller pieces help absorb the spices better and give a stronger pickle flavor.

Transfer the chopped mangoes to a mixing bowl.

Add salt and ready-made pickle masala.

Step 5

Pour oil over the mixture and mix everything well until the mango pieces are evenly coated.

Let it rest for 15–20 minutes for the flavors to blend beautifully.

Serve instantly or store in an airtight glass jar in the refrigerator.
