Steps to Make Gujiya: Prepare Dough: Mix maida and ghee, then add water to knead a tight, firm dough. Cover with a damp cloth for 20 mins.

Prepare Filling: Roast khoya in a pan until lightly golden. Let it cool completely. Add powdered sugar, desiccated coconut, nuts, and cardamom powder.
Shape: Roll out small, thin circles from the dough. Place 1-2 spoons of filling in the center.
Seal: Apply water to the edges, fold into a half-moon, and seal using a mold or by pressing with a fork.
Fry: Deep fry in medium-hot oil/ghee on low heat until golden brown.
