Step 1
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2
Place the potatoes in a large pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil and cook for 8-10 minutes, or until just tender when pierced with a fork but not falling apart.
Step 3
Drain the potatoes well and let them sit in the colander for 5 minutes to dry out.
Step 4
a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, red chilli flakeds, Dried oregano and cream cheese until fully coated.
Step 5
Fill the Potato mixture in icing gun with star nozzle and pipe on greased tray.
Step 6
Bake for abut 15- minutes in preheated oven at 180°C , flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
Step 7
Remove from the oven, sprinkle with Dried oregano and red chilli flakes . serve immediately.
