Step 1

Mash boiled potatoes and combine with corn-starch, salt, and any optional ingredients to form a soft dough.

Step 2

Roll the dough into a log and cut into rings.

Step 3

Heat oil to about 350°F (175°C) and fry rings until golden and crispy, then drain

Step 4

Serve the rings hot,topped with red chilli flakes and oregano

Step 5

With fruit sauce.
