#Aloo Aloo ka Gulab Jamun made with mawa is a unique and delicious Indian sweet. Boiled potatoes blended with fresh mawa create a soft dough, while cardamom adds a lovely aroma. Prepare sugar syrup:

Boil sugar and water till slightly sticky,one string is not required.Add elachi powder and rose water keep warm.

Step 3

Make the dough….

Step 4

In a bowl mix mashed potatoes, Mawa, cornflour, elachi powder and baking soda.

Step 5

Knead gently in to a soft dough,add little milk only if dry.

Step 6

Make smooth, crack free small bolls shape the Jamun.

Step 7

Heat ghee or Refined oil on low flame for frying jamun .

Step 8

Fry jamun slowly till golden brown and strting gently .

Step 9

put Hot Jamun directly in to worm sugar syrup.Rest for atleast 1-2hours for best softness.

Step 10

serve warm or chilled, garnish with chopped dry fruits as your choice.
