Step 1

Boil potatoes, Peel and mash smoothly.

Step 2

Add cornstarch, rice flour, salt, pepper, oregano, chilli flakes, make a soft dough. Roll into a thin log, cut small pieces, and press lightly with a fork for design.

Step 3

Traditionally they are fried till golden and crispy. I hve shallow fried them.

Step 4

U can bake or air fry too.

Step 5

Serve with any dip. I hve mixed schezwan chutney, ketchup n hung curd.
