Step 1

Boil the pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and keep aside.

Step 2

Heat butter in a pan and sauté garlic for 30 seconds.

Step 3

Add onion, capsicum, broccoli, and corn. Cook for 2–3 minutes.

Step 4

In another pan, melt butter and add Samak atta. Roast on low flame for 1–2 minutes until aromatic. Do not let it brown.

Step 5

Gradually add milk while whisking continuously to avoid lumps.

Step 6

Cook until the sauce thickens.

Step 7

Add cheese, salt, black pepper, oregano, and mixed herbs. Mix well until creamy.

Step 8

Add the sautéed vegetables and boiled pasta to the sauce.

Step 9

Toss gently until the pasta is well coated.

Step 10

Garnish with fresh mint or parsley, a sprinkle of black pepper, and serve hot.
