Step 1

Prepare the Mangoes Wash the raw mangoes properly, peel them, and grate them using a grater.

Step 2

Mix Ingredients Add grated mangoes and sugar to a pan. Mix well and keep aside for 10 minutes until the sugar starts melting.

Step 3

Cook the Chunda Place the pan on low-medium heat and cook the mixture while stirring continuously.

Step 4

Add Spices Add salt, black salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, roasted cumin powder, and fennel seeds. Mix everything well.

Step 5

Cook Until Thick Cook until the mixture becomes glossy and slightly thick like jam consistency.

Step 6

Final Touch Switch off the flame and add cardamom powder for extra flavor.

Step 7

Cool & Store Allow the Chunda to cool completely and store it in a clean glass jar.
