Take Sugar Palm fruit. First have to extract pulp by adding water in little parts.

Squeeze out the pulp from palm seeds by rubbing on an unsmooth surface by adding water in little parts .
It yields to 5 – 6 cup pulp
Put extracted pulp to boil under high flame , Bubbles will appear and gradually disappear as it cooks .
Add sugar + Coconut and cook under medium flame for 5 – 6 minutes, the mixture starts thickening, shiny and smooth.
Cook for few more minutes and dish is done.
