Sizzling Brownie with icecream

Mix sugar and curd well stir till sugar dissolves completely

In a separate bowl sieve Flour, cocoa, baking powder and baking soda mix well add oil curd mixture add essence abd mix well

Now add flour mixture in curd and mix well to get a thick but soft batter ads melted dark chocolate in the mixture in mix in one direction

Transfer the mixture into a greased tin bake preheated oven at 200 degree. bake dor 20-25minutes or till done

Allow it to cool before sizzling Now put the sizzler plate on fire and when it’s heated then place it back on tray and put pineapple slice and on top of it put brownie and ice cream on it then put chocolate syrup on it and decorate with nuts
