Simple Vegetable Sandwich

#BP26 This simple vegetable sandwich is great for quick breakfast. Made on a griddle without a toaster or an oven in just 10 minutes.

Step 1

Chop onion, tomato and capsicum finely. Mix salt and black pepper powder.

Step 2

Apply butter on 2 bread slices. Now place chopped vegetables on both the slices. Grate both cheese cubes over it.

Step 3

Now place the other 2 bread slices over it. Apply butter over it.

Step 4

Heat a griddle. Place bread slices over it and cook on low flame for 2 minutes while pressing with spetula. Flip the side and shallow fry from other side also. Flip again and cook for another minute and then remove it in a plate.

Step 5

Serve hot with coriander leaves chutney.
