Step 1

Take a large mixing bowl sieve gram flour add red chilli powder, hing, oil and salt. · Add very little water to make a smooth dough little butter. · Now take the chakli press and replace the plate to make thin sev. ·

Step 2

Grease the press with oil and now fill the press with dough and press in hot oil in large circles. Do not make too many layers. ·

Step 3

Fry in low to medium flame on both sides till the it is cooked properly. Drain over paper towels. Repeat to finish. · Once done roughly break to get small pieces. · Store in an air tight container.
